LEGAL NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to Chapter 101.5612, Florida Statutes, testing of the tabulating equipment to be used for the Tuesday, March 13, 2018, Uniform Municipal Elections will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 2nd at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Service Center, 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, Florida.

In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, this meeting will be open to the public.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if any person with a disability, as defined by the ADA, needs special accommodation to participate in this meeting, then no later than two business days prior to the pertinent meeting, he or she should contact the Supervisor of Elections at (561) 656-6200.

Please be advised that you are entering a building which is equipped with security cameras which will record your activities while visiting. Entry into this building constitutes your agreement to be so recorded.
