A candidate, political party official, political committee official, or authorized designee thereof, seeking to review or inspect ballot material may request an appointment during the designated public inspection period.
To request such appointment, all persons authorized by Florida Statute 101.572(2) and wishing to review ballot materials must complete a Certification for Request to Review or Inspect Ballot Materials before the appointment is granted. Authorized designees must provide a signed letter from the candidate or entity designating them as a representative. The completed Certification for Request to Review or Inspect Ballot Materials can be emailed to candidates@votepalmbeach.gov, or uploaded at the time of the appointment request using the appointment form.
DEADLINE: Requests must be made at least 48 business hours in advance and must include specific materials to which the requestor would like access. A Certification for Request to Review or Inspect Ballot Materials must be on file with our office at least 48 business hours in advance of the requested appointment time. Appointments can be made using the request form (which can also be found on the Canvassing Board Schedule), or by email to candidates@votepalmbeach.gov.
