This system is designed to improve the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of mail ballot processing. By adopting the Relia-Vote™ Mail Balloting System, postal costs will be minimalized, and the ballot inserting and addressing processes will now be automated ensuring mail ballot accuracy and integrity. Additionally, the system provides a piece-level audit trail and “proof of mailing”, streamlines and accelerates the signature verification process, automates ballot opening precinct sortation and provides an imaged archive of the envelope face.
