PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE CANVASSING BOARD SCHEDULE

Please Note:  Dates and/or times are subject to change due to the volume of ballots to be opened and canvassed. The opening and canvassing of ballots may include weekends and holidays. 

Access to Ballot Materials – Those qualified to receive access to ballot materials pursuant to 101.572(2), Florida Statutes, may request an appointment during designated Public Inspection by email at votebymail@votepalmbeach.gov or by telephone at 561-656-6208. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of requested access and must include specific materials to which the requestor would like access.

Chapter 101.5612 Testing of tabulation equipment - a publicly noticed pre-election test (Logic and Accuracy - L&A) of the voting equipment.

The Logic and Accuracy Test will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at the SOE Voting Equipment Service Center, 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, 33404. 

 

Chapter 101.68 Canvassing of Vote by Mail ballot - the Canvassing Board may begin canvassing absentee ballots upon completion of the public testing of automatic tabulating equipment pursuant to s.101.5612(2) but no later than noon on the day following the election. All of the following activities will be conducted at the SOE Voting Equipment Service Center, 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, 33404.

Post-Election Audit - Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. *Pursuant to F.S. 101.591(6), the Post-Election Audit is no longer required. The manual recount was ordered and completed on Friday, November 5, 2021.  

 

Recount(s), if ordered, will occur immediately following the L&A Test on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. A Machine and a Manual Recount were ordered and completed on Friday, November 5, 2021.
