Emergency Order 22-01 - Extending time to file campaign finance reports otherwise due today, 9/30/2022.

Secretary Cord Byrd has issued emergency order 22-01 relating to the extension of time to file campaign finance reports that would otherwise be due no later than today, September 30, 2022.

The filing deadline for campaign finance reports contained in Sections 106.07(1) and 106.0703(1), Florida Statutes, is suspended until Friday, October 7, 2022. Accordingly, any reports that would otherwise be due on September 30, 2022, shall be filed no later than October 7, 2022.
