Form 1 Financial Disclosure forms have been mailed!

Have you filed your Form 1 Financial Disclosure this year?

Financial Disclosure forms were mailed on May 31, 2023.  

Annual Statements of Financial Interests are due July 1. If the form is not filed or postmarked by September 1, an automatic fine of $25 per day will be imposed, up to a maximum penalty of $1,500.

Local officers or employees who are required to file a Form 1 and are permanently residing in Palm Beach County may email their completed form to financialdisclosures@VotePalmBeach.gov or deliver it to our office Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
