A candidate in the race for the office of Village of North Palm Beach Group 5 has withdrawn, resulting in an unopposed candidate race.   

A vote cast in this race will not change the outcome as the remaining candidate is deemed by law to be elected for that race. 

CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS NOTICE TO VOTERS IN CAPTAIN'S KEY (ONLY)

NOTICE TO THE VOTERS IN PRECINCT 8454.2 (CAPTAIN’S KEY) 

The public measure Referendum Approval of Ordinance 20, 2023 of the City of Palm Beach Gardens for only the voters in precinct 8454.2 (Captain's Key) has been ordered removed from the ballot. 

Any vote cast in precinct 8454.2 (Captain's Key) for this public measure will not count for approval or rejection of the public measure.

CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT 4 ONLY  

A candidate in the race for the office of Riviera Beach City Council District 4 has been disqualified resulting in an unopposed candidate race.  

A vote cast in this race will not change the outcome as the remaining candidate is deemed by law to be elected for that race.
